Training

Our staff are trained on an ongoing basis, in-house by some of the best trainers in the industry, and also externally by our UK leading training partners. In addition to strategic training, as most of our Consultants were previously restricted by geography/vertical markets

Work Life Balance

Our investment in cloud computing technology mean that we do not need to miss any business critical communications while out of the office – our Consultants can simply access their full system from anywhere. The office is manned from 8 till 8 as some people prefer to work early/late.

David Gittoes, Director

With over 13 years operational recruitment experience in leading and managing teams to deliver on predominantly IT, Digital and Emerging Technologies propositions, David applies a strategic approach to senior to mid-level search roles. David has recruited Senior IT & Technology positions for both the Public Sector and the Private Sector in the UK, Europe and the US. In the last year alone.

Having sat onsite at with Multi-National companies in his recruiting career and been responsible for on boarding and screening over 2,000 Contract and Perm Staff. In that period also has recruited and built teams for some of the UK’S and Europe’s leading hot tech start-ups and Central Governments Transformation Projects.

Peter Brown, Client Delivery Director

Prior to entering recruitment in 2004, Peter has a background of 12 years working in a Senior Management capacity for Royal Bank of Scotland plc, ABN AMRO Bank N.V and N.M. Rothschild & Sons Limited in Corporate and Commercial banking capacities.

Peter has successfully recruited for positions for leading blue chip organisations in both the private and public sector in the UK, and in the private sector in Europe. Peter has recruited for Finance roles IT & Technology positions at both the mid-level as well as the senior level with specific expertise in Executive Search and Headhunting.

Peter’s core strength is in Executive Search & Selection and candidate appraisal. Peter holds an MSc (Hons) in Economics and is FSA & ACT Qualified.

Henry Harris, Head of Client Delivery
